Jordan Jeffery is returning to the San Francisco Dogfish for a second season. Jeffery was an offensive starter for the team last season.
“Jordan is a complete package,” said Dogfish Head Coach Justin Safdie. “He brings a lot of high-level experience to the team and possesses a diverse array of Ultimate skills. He’s a huge re-signing for our squad, and we expect him to take charge both on and off the field.”
Jeffery played college Ultimate at Stanford University and has played at the club level with the San Francisco open team Revolver. Last season he had 14 goals and 7 assists for the Dogfish and at 6-foot-4, his height and wingspan make him tough for opponents to stop.
“I had a great time with the Dogfish last season,” said Jeffery. “Getting to travel and play Ultimate with a phenomenal group of guys while showcasing the sport was a unique experience. I’m looking forward to pushing myself as a player this season and getting back to the MLU championship game in 2014.”
