The San Francisco Dogfish are looking for players who are passionate about ultimate, and interested in showcasing their skills and spirit in front of an enthusiastic Bay Area audience. The team will hold two open tryouts in January to find players for their 2015 roster.

After a strong inaugural season as MLU Western Conference champs, the Dogfish struggled in 2014 and are looking to come back stronger than ever next year.

Open tryouts for the 2015 season will be held on Sunday, January 11 and Sunday, January 25 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Berkeley High School.

Participants who register in advance pay only $20. Registration after December 31 is $30. Players are strongly encouraged to register early, and should bring cleats and a light and dark shirt to the tryouts.

Dogfish staff will be evaluating participants on objective as well as subjective criteria. Players who perform well will be invited to a second round of tryouts.

All players need to complete an MLU participation waiver and  video and photography waiver. Both waivers can be completed online or printed out and turned in at the tryouts. If you are under 18, use this liability waiver and have it signed by your parent or guardian.
